1980–2004 Benedictine monk at Seckau Abbey (responsibilities in school, business management, and boarding school)
Training in logotherapy and existential analysis.

Training in value imagination (with Dr. Uwe Böschemeyer)
Training as a Reconnection Practitioner Level I, II & III (with Dr. Eric Pearl)
Training at the German Medical Academy for Spiritual Healing (with Dr. Wolfgang Bittscheidt and Teresa Schuhl)
